Bayside Villa, Remodel Project, Belvedere CA Sitting on Richardson Bay with breathtaking views of Sausalito and Mt. Tamalpais sat an outdated want-to-be Mediterranean home which featured an existing courtyard pool. This renovation project consisted of modernizing the home and carrying the architectural theme throughout. The home was modified so all the lower level spaces had doors leading to the refurbished courtyard area and includes a remodeled upper level master suite with his and her baths and dressing rooms, custom kitchen, vaulted ceilings and pool arcade.
